I see I can still order that book from Amazon (Prime shipping, even!) Do you still get any money from its sale? If so, what is the best avenue for buying it (that brings you the most money?)
jim, you're a dear! amazing that you can get 'falling off the roof' till. no, alice james was [is] a collaborative, and $$ goes back into their publishing more books. so amazon is fine. sorry you're a fellow depressee...hard to deal with at times...glad yours is better...
